Dr. Aaron Trautman

Aaron Trautman received his PhD at UNC Charlotte in bioinformatics and computational biology. During his time there he worked on the sequencing and assembly of the Sinaechinocyamus mai (miniature sand dollar) genome, and constructing a large knowledgebase connecting plants to human health through Natural Language Processing. Aaron currently leads the JAIS data science team and develops custom data science solutions both internally and externally.
