Dr. Eric Jackson co-founded 25:2 Solutions with his wife and serves as the CTO. Dr. Jackson has a masters in plant pathology and a PhD in plant science from the University of Arkansas. He has a background in quantitative and statistical genomics, neural net work analyses, predictive analytics, plant pathology, and molecular biology. In his 20 years of professional experience, he has published over 100 articles and holds several patents. Dr. Jackson has led global research groups and successfully domesticated Avena magna (high protein oat species) and delivered it to market.

Jody joined the 25:2 team as a payroll specialist in February of 2020 and has now been given the responsibility of maintaining employee benefits, personnel policies, and human resource related activities. The position of human resource has been a great fit for Jody who graduated from Virginia Tech and then obtained her master’s degree in social work from the University of Oklahoma. Jody enjoys providing HR solutions and helping the 25:2 staff achieve their goals. Although she handles HR remotely, she is just a phone call away.
